Yesterday, for the first time, I tried Kefir and I have to say, it was amazingly good.  Lifeway, is introducing a new frozen kefir this spring in Mango, Pomegranate, Strawberry, and Original.  I tried the strawberry and it was delish!  This new line of frozen kefir is all natural, only 90 calories, 99% lactose free, and gluten free.  You cannot get any better than that!
